Cancellations:
The Studio requests a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This time is reserved solely for you, and we would like the opportunity to fill It if you cannot make the appointment.
If there is an emergency and you need to cancel in less than 24 hours, the studio does understand. If this becomes a regular problem or if you neglect to show up for treatments multiple times, The Studio reserves the right to charge you for any scheduled appointments that are missed. Please, if possible, re-schedule your appointment to alleviate any charges for no-shows.
Late Arrivals:
Individual treatment times are a reservation. Should you arrive late, The Studio will try to accommodate the full reservation, however, If we cannot extend your treatment time, your session will be reduced accordingly. missed time is valuable and The Studio may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clientele.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Aries Eleven Electrolysis Studio accepts Cash, Checks, and Major Credit Cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
